• Baby must be born between July 1, 2024 to June 30, 2025. Registration due by July 13, 2025. Must be a Pennsylvania resident. Entries limited to the first 50
baby forms received.
• Photo must be 5 x 7, we encourage you to scan the photo and email it to us or bring it in person on July 12 or 13 between 1 pm to 6 pm so that we may scan it and return the original to you. Note on your registration form that you will bring a photo on July 13.
• Baby’s name, date of birth, parents name, address, and phone number.
• For protection of the baby only the first and middle name will be posted.
• Registration can be done by mailing to Jefferson County Fair Authority, PO Box 213, Brockway, PA 15824 or emailing to generalexhibits@gmail.com by July 9, 2025. No entries accepted after midnight on July 9.
• Voting will begin on Monday, July 14 at 2 pm. And close at 7 pm on Saturday, July 19, 2025.
• The winner will be determined by highest total monies deposited in each “Baby’s Box” All money collected will be donated to Penn Highlands DuBois NICU.
• The winner will be announced at 10 pm Saturday July 19, 2025.
• Baby pictures that you want must be picked up Sunday July 20, 2025 in the blue exhibit building from 8 am to 11 am. No photos will be mailed
